The Financial Technology Sales Executive is responsible for leading our sales efforts into Large Financial Institutions in the United States. These individuals must be deal closers and will personally carry a significant quota. The right candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit, a proven track record of sales excellence, ability to meet/exceed quotas, and taking business to the next level. Must be hungry and have a passion for winning. Must possess a “hunter” mentality and have the ability to prospect, manage through the sales process, and close new accounts. We need someone who can be very hands-on, do whatever it takes to build revenue, and be a strategic thinker with the ability to create long-term sales plans and execute on them for our prospects. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years’ experience selling marketing software solutions to large financial institutions as well as proven success at smaller startup companies.
The Channel Manager is responsible for driving sales revenue through Micronotes’ partners. The position requires both the management of existing partners and recruiting new partners that will: 1) refer opportunities to Micronotes, and 2) co-sell or resell our product and services. Identifying and recruiting these partners are key responsibilities associated with this position. The other critical component of this position is to develop a joint pipeline of sales opportunities with the partner community that will lead to significant and consistent sales for Micronotes.
Client Success Manager
The Client Success Manager is responsible for delivering the software and managed service component to our clients, including installation and client success post launch. The ideal candidate must be “service oriented” with a strong ability to lead client meetings with authority while listening to client needs. S/he will interact directly with each client to install the application on hosting financial institutions’ systems, and perform ongoing performance analysis and client care. The ideal candidate will be personable, organized and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. The client success manager will work directly with the founders and software engineers on a daily basis and will need to thrive in an entrepreneurial “can-do” environment.
