Channel Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Channel Manager to drive sales within a particular channel and help maximize revenue opportunities across channels. The Channel Manager is responsible for driving sales revenue through Micronotes’ partners. The position requires both the management of existing partners and recruiting new partners that will: 1) refer opportunities to Micronotes, and 2) co-sell or resell our product and services. Identifying and recruiting these partners are key responsibilities associated with this position. The other critical component of this position is to develop a joint pipeline of sales opportunities with the partner community that will lead to significant and consistent sales for Micronotes.

This position requires a highly motivated and energetic individual who possesses the ability to achieve assigned goals and generate new business. The successful candidate must demonstrate experience in channel sales or direct sales of marketing automation and/or financial technology solutions.


The channel sales manager will:

  • Develop and manage partner relationships to ensure over-achievement of assigned goals
  • Generate new sales opportunities by leveraging partners that are Micronotes’ extended sales force
  • Partner with cross-functional teams such as sales executives, sales engineering and operations to drive new business
  • Create awareness of Micronotes within partner organizations through on-site education sessions and webinars
  • Keep Micronotes top of mind with partners through value added support (e.g., lead generation programs) and communication (e.g., sales incentives)
  • Serve as liaison between the partner and Micronotes internal teams to provide outstanding level of service
  • Provide accurate and timely forecasts to management 

Education & Experience

  • BS/BA preferred
  • 10 years of channel sales experience in the software industry
  • Proven track record of success and quota over-achievement
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with all levels of the organization
  • Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing situations at a high growth company


  • Travel expectations:  40-50%
