“As an educator and entrepreneur, I have acquired a unique pragmatic view into the ways artificial intelligence can create value for businesses today. One of the key learnings from my past experience is that understanding first the problem artificial intelligence needs to solve is critical to derive value from data,” said Dr. Perez-Breva. “With a focus on the banking industry, Micronotes has uncovered a unique way to seize the untapped cross-sell opportunity. Micronotes is going beyond traditional analytics putting emphasis on learning how to ask the right questions, and applying AI and machine learning to turn traditional advertising into a conversation between banks and consumers.”
Dr. Perez-Breva joins the Micronotes board with more than two decades of experience having researched, practiced, deployed, and taught entrepreneurship and innovation worldwide. He has developed expertise as a serial innovator and entrepreneur both in the laboratory of innovation and in the classroom as an outstanding innovation educator.
“Luis’ work, research, and entrepreneurial expertise in artificial intelligence is already playing a significant role in the evolution of Micronotes and our technology platform,” said Devon Kinkead, CEO and founder of Micronotes. “We’ll continue to benefit from Luis’ insight as we leverage artificial intelligence to drive conversational marketing to superhuman levels of effectiveness.”
