There has been so much buzz recently around the changes Financial Institutions are going to need to implement: mobile banking, online features, data integration, and social media insight just to name a few.  In particular I have tuned into the flurry of news and articles around FI marketing.

Let’s play two truths and a lie. 1) Banks are always looking for ways to improve the customer experience. 2) In an increasingly digital world banks want to maintain a personal connection with customers. 3) The financial industry is always the first to adopt new innovations. Was it hard to pick out the lie? I didn’t think so.
